Hey yall!

Posting this thread for those of us applying for the Summer cohort. This is my third and final application (after a year out of nursing school you become ineligible) I applied to med/surg, heme onc and the behavioral unit. Good luck to everyone! 

The unknown is killing me. I don't know whether to still be hopeful or not,

I can't imagine the chances are good at this point, but I'm thinking they keep some people on hold as backups in case they need more people

I haven't gotten an update either... don't know why they would deny some and give no updates to others. I'm also thinking it could be as "backups" . Has anyone heard anything from the NICU? Denied? Interviewed? Anything?

I had expressed interest in the NICU in my application and haven't heard anything!

Same here. I emailed HR first week of March and they said my application was sent to that unit and another and that I'd hear back in the next two weeks if they wanted to interview me. It's been more than that now. So who knows LOL

I have been in contact with morgan martina  few times and also heard similar to people above. I'm also wondering if they interview internals first then decide if they want all of them then maybe externals IDK? its frustrating tho and im tired of waiting and holding on to hope honestly

I recently got denied with over a year of NICU experience and no chance to interview.  Confused how they took so long to let me know and how they do their hiring.
