Hey yall!
Posting this thread for those of us applying for the Summer cohort. This is my third and final application (after a year out of nursing school you become ineligible) I applied to med/surg, heme onc and the behavioral unit. Good luck to everyone!
same after the lady I emailed finally emailing me back im so sad. I graduated may 2023 so I don't even think I could apply again. IDK what these porgams expect to even get an interview I had 3 years of CNA experience, a good resume and cover letter, two bachelors degrees and a minor like COMMON

I'm sorry, that sucks. To be fair I think Rady hires 99% of internal applicants and just interviews for the formality it's ridiculous and gives us false hope when there really is little to no chance

I'm in the same boat. I graduated May 2023 and I am still trying to get into a program. It sucks because a lot of them put requirements of how long you can be graduated for and/or how much experience you can have to be considered. They say keep applying but you generally don't qualify after a couple of rounds. I don't know what they expect us to do.
