Hey everyone! 

I couldn't find a thread for Rady's new grad program beginning in Winter 2022 so I wanted to start one! Good luck to those that applied!

Congrats to all who got offers!

I was wondering what the starting salary is for new grads? I am applying for the Summer 2022 cohort and they ask you to put your "salary expectations" in the application and I have no idea what to put and cant find average salaries very easily?

Did the application for Summer 2022 for Rady close? Also what is the start date for it?
