I got a call a couple hours ago asking if I was okay with working rotating 8 hour shifts and not 12 hour shifts, and the recruiter let me know I was going to get a call shortly!

just out of curiosity, how do you find out about the start dates and know when to apply? The application period already closed for Winter of next year?

Checking the website regularly, the application was open 10/11-10/18 and the tentative start date is January 24. I was told by a friend that the application was open in the middle of the week, so I didn’t see if their info page had that info available or not.

hey guys! just curious, did anyone end up accepting an offer from Rady? it seems like there is almost no information about their program on this forum compared to other Cali new grad programs

I am finding that there is almost no opportunity for new nurses at these hospitals, despite the new grad programs. They do not hire enough and are so selective about who they choose that it is nearly impossible getting a job with them. I would look elsewhere.
