Did anyone who applied for psych have their status changed from submitted?

Just as the title says… I’m just really discouraged. I’ve been applying to residency programs since I passed the NCLEX in September and after the first round of rejections, I couldn’t take another hit so I applied for a local psych facility near home. Got the job, and to put it simply… the conditions they put us in are awful. Starting to apply to residency programs again, and I just feel so dejected. Does anyone else feel this way? I feel like everyone from my graduating cohort got amazing jobs and I just… haven’t. Looking for some reassurance and support, it truly is hard out here ?

Has anyone gotten rejection emails? I'm not feeling too good about my status and I just want to know if they're not considering me anymore already ?

Checking the website regularly, the application was open 10/11-10/18 and the tentative start date is January 24. I was told by a friend that the application was open in the middle of the week, so I didn’t see if their info page had that info available or not.

I had an interview last Tuesday 11/09, and I’m still waiting to hear back. I don’t think my interview went that well, it seemed like one of my interviewers was a little underprepared and came in late, so I feel like that put me at a disadvantage in their eyes. Hoping for the best though, I’m really hoping to get it! ?Good luck to everyone!

I got a call a couple hours ago asking if I was okay with working rotating 8 hour shifts and not 12 hour shifts, and the recruiter let me know I was going to get a call shortly!

I believe I saw the "Interview Completed" status in my Modern Hire portal, but I tried checking again and it's not there. I'm not too sure if that's something I'm going to look into, though

This just means that they haven't updated your portal yet! Your status was changed to "Interview Step -- Scheduled" when they scheduled you for an interview. It should change if you receive an offer.

Looks like Burbank has started to give out offers. Has anyone who interviewed for Orange have a change in their Taleo portal?

Has anyone who applied for behavioral health heard anything?

No worries, thank you for responding! Someone on this thread said that the application asks for three letters of recommendation, but I couldn't find it within the application requirements. I'm currently waiting on two letters of rec from a clinical instructor and my program director, and I was wondering if you'd suggest I wait until I receive the letters before I submit my application or if you think the application would stand strong enough without. Also, do you happen to know if the behavioral health unit has openings? I saw that it was in the specialties that may be included, but it wasn't in the job application itself. Behavioral health/psych is the specialty I have the strongest interest in.
