Rady Children's NICU

Hi! I have a question about Rady Children's in San Diego.. I have an interview for their "new to NICU " program.. I am an experienced nurse, but never worked in NICU. Does anyone know anything about this program? Anyone gone through it themselves? Any feedback would be great!

Also, deciding between Rady and Children's of Orange Co., CA. Does anyone have general insight to either hospital?
