With the applications coming to a close yesterday, just thought I would start a thread for the Rady Children's Hospital New Grad RN application that just opened up for the Spring 2020 cohort. Good luck to all who applied!

@linkinBSN Hi! I was reading through this forum, and I saw that you work in the PICU at Rady Children’s. I’m applying to Rady Children’s residency program soon for the PICU as my top choice. I did my preceptorship in the PICU and graduated with my BSN in Texas, but I moved back to Southern CA since I am from here. I also have my CA RN license. I wanted to ask... if I get selected for an interview, what advice would you have for me? I read your comment about incorporating the CARES values and mission statement into my answers, and it makes sense! Any other advice would be greatly appreciated! Becoming a PICU nurse is my dream job. Please feel free to private message me. Thank you so much ?
