Hello! With the Summer Cohort Application opening tomorrow, I wanted to start a topic here! For everyone to start off: share what units you are applying for! I will be doing the ICU's and medical! Best of luck to everyone!! 

For folks who have interviews already, can you say when you applied and when you got your interview offer? I'm wondering if those of us who lagged on submitting will be reviewed toward the end.

Also--does anyone have insider knowledge on the culture at Rady? I know they have a lot of travelers in their ED, so I wasn't sure how well they retain nurses in other departments. I've also heard SD just has a lot of travelers anyway. If you did clinicals there, did it feel supportive?

Would my recruiter be the person we got the application confirmation from? Sorry, it sounds like a dumb question but we didn't get that email the last time I applied! Thank you in advance ?

I applied on March 30th, and have not heard back. My status still says "submitted" Is that what everyone that hasn't heard back says?

I interviewed a few weeks ago for the PICU.

Like aloe I did last week but I only did one unit so hoping still to interview for my top if they're still going!!

Hi! I interviewed for the NICU 2 weeks ago but haven't heard anything since. Has anyone received a job offer? They told me end of the month during the last week of April but I'm thinking maybe they meant end of May?

I have not received an offer, did they ask you for your references after the interview?
