Did you have one panel interview or two interviews? Also was it all behavioral or clinical scenarios as well. I am just curious as my interview is monday and I am preparing. I am so nervous.

Do any of you know how much new grad nurses make hourly at Rady during the residency?? I interviewed for the ED last week. I am trying to narrow my choices down between UCLA and Rady but I do not know the compensation and/or benefits at Rady. Let me know! Thanks!

Congrats! Were you offered the position in the ED at both radys and UCLA? UCLA pays around $44/hr for new grads and I've heard that radys new grads make around 35-40/hr, that is only rumor though.

I have not been offered any positions yet. UCLA tells you right off the bat in the interview how much you'll be making, but Rady didn't and I couldn't find it online. Just trying to ballpark how much I'd be making there... so 35-40? That is definitely comparable. Thanks!

I had an interview for the surgical unit a few weeks ago and they told me that during the rn residency the pay rate is $25 per hour and there are no differentials during residency. They said the pay then bumps up to $38 an hour after completion of the residency with a $4 night differential and $2 something for weekends. Not sure if your rate would be higher though because of the ED specialty.
