Hi everyone! Just wanted to make a thread for those applying to the Rady Children's Hospital New Grad RN Summer 2025 Cohort!

I'm sorry to those getting rejections 😭 I haven't received a call for an interview or a rejection email. Is it possible my application got pushed out of the way or lost somehow

For those who received a rejection email, was it just an HR email? I haven't heard anything back so I don't know if I should just accept defeat or stay positive. Not sure if they are slowly working down the line for rejection emails.

I say just remain positive until you get any news. I'm hearing some managers are on vacation.... so we have a long way till the start day in August. I got a interview to interview then got a formal interview right after. I think each unit is just working at a different pace.

I got the rejection email from their recruitment team ! I also applied to nicu so assume they are sending the emails based on the unit you applied to.

I just got my rejection letter. I applied for the NICU and med surg/behavioral unit. Good luck to everyone moving forward!!

When I applied last year I never heard anything either. Just left me hanging LOL hopefully I hear something back this time around.
