  1. I haven't heard of any groups as of yet. What unit did you get hired to? Heard back Monday morning. It's was a tough interview process. Very nerve wrecking. I got a position at surgical
  2. I was lucky enough to get a position. The unit the hired me moved pretty quick compared to others. A friend of mine is barely getting an interview Thursday at medical.
  3. Anyone interviewing for 3 east surgical Friday?
  4. I think the 1st zoom was for externships or employees. Im guessing having your first interview being in person is a great thing for you. I feel like I bombed mine too LOL. I'm surprised their still doing interviews. Must be soo many nurses theyre interested in. Goodluck!:)
  5. I haven't heard anything either:/. No news is good news. How did your interview go? I felt strange like my answers were repeated the second round LOL.
  6. I interviewed a few weeks ago. Did you get a second interview?
  7. I say just remain positive until you get any news. I'm hearing some managers are on vacation.... so we have a long way till the start day in August. I got a interview to interview then got a formal interview right after. I think each unit is just working at a different pace.
  8. My friend just told me they told her they're calling internal candidates first.
  9. It's from an 858 number. They're actuall phone I guess. The hr department is the one calling for 1st panel interviews. No just asking for availability for interviews
  10. You guys! Theyre contacting people so keep your phones off silent. LOL
  11. I do. I worked a few years ago at radys as a pca. Loved it there!
  12. Hi everyone! I applied for Surgical as my top and Medsurg as my second. Feeling uneasy as soooooo many amazing new nurses are applying! wishing everyone the best of luck. Hopefully we can all help eachother out ?
  13. Hello, Im recently was accepted into Southwestern Colleges Nursing program and Im so excited! I worked my but off to get here and I a\would hate to screw up now. Being that Im a full time mommy to a 3 year old, full time student, and work full time, I need to prepare! So im hoping to reach out to those who also got accepted, are currently in the program, and those who recently graduated. I havent received any info as to start day, schedules, supplies, or text needed. I also don't know when they require my physical ect, but I would love if current and past students can share their experience and any advice they find necessary. Id also like to know if anyone can give me an idea of the schedule, dates, textbooks, or list of supplies they required. please share whatever you feel is great to know. The crazy in me already went to the bookstore to see what text are required for these courses and nothing is listed, LOL. thanks in advance! and congrats to whoever else got in!
  14. Hey! thanks for the info, Im still a little confused as to the schedule. I thought day were Monday through Friday 8 to 4. If its just a few day a week the better! id love to pick you brain if you ever have some time! I feel with my ridiculous schedule I must prepare, months in advance. Id also like to learn about the program and your experience as well.
