Just a wanted to get a post started so we can share updates for the Rady Children's Spring 2025 new grad cohort! Good luck everyone! 😊

Everyone was able to pick 3 departments, ranking them by preference. So it really depends which unit everyone picked. I personally picked the Nicu as my first choice, ED, and then medical.

I have not received an email or a call. My status still says "submitted". IDK...

I'm pretty sure that means you're still being considered. Our status says the same thing. Fingers 🤞

Mine still says "submitted" but got my rejection earlier today 😞

May I ask which units you applied to and which units reached out to you regarding the rejection?

My rejection letter did not specify the unit. I applied to PICU, CTICU and Medical surgical...

Haven't gotten a rejection letter or an interview, was wondering if those that got the letter, their status changed on the website at all?

My status still says submitted. I received a rejection letter yesterday.

My status says submitted and I received an invitation for an interview last week. It doesn't look like the status updates.
