Hello! I'm a new grad RN, and I've just accepted a position at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego as a new grad RN. I'm excited about this venture, but I'm also nervous. If anyone has completed this new grad program, would you mind sharing your experience with me? What did you like the most? Like the least?

Hey I am a travel nurse at this hospital. All the new grads I have talked to have not had any complaints!
