Hi all,

My name is Brianna and I am graduating in August 2018 from an Accelerated BSN program. I plan on applying to Rady Children's new nurse residency program and was wondering if anyone had any advice on the application process. I've seen a few posts that said to just search "Rady jobs" on the Rady's website. I see nursing jobs pop up, but is there a certain keyword in the title that we should be looking for? Or is it just applying to a unit that we are interested in? For example, CVICU has a job posting. Should we just generally apply for the CVICU position even though it requires one year of experience, or is there another position that will say "New Grad CVICU". I just want to make sure I apply for the right one. I know how quickly the days go when the applications open so I just want to make sure I'm prepared. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you! :)

Has anyone heard anything about if interviews and offers are done being made? I applied for urgent care and still haven't heard either way

Hi there,

I also will be graduating in August and plan on applying for the next cohort. Does anyone have any information on what to search for in job posting? I keep trying nurse residency, new grad rn ect and nothing is popping up! Just want to make sure I don't miss it :)

I was sent the reference link earlier prior to interview so I dont think the reference link is related to whether you received an offer or not.

Do you have any advice for ED interviewing?

I know this is from quite awhile ago.. but do you have any advice for the CVICU interview? I will be interviewing in 2 weeks ?
