"... that you have been accepted in the Associate Degree Nursing..."
I did it! I received my letter of acceptance in the mail yesterday and I am still floating around on cloud nine. It was the only program I applied for, so I was on pins and needles for a month! I may have got in by the skin of my teeth, but in is in--right?
For those who feel discouraged at the challenging road ahead, it should go without saying, but hard work truly pays off :) Remember: "What you lack in natural ability, you make up for in discipline." I am not a gifted person, success in academics does not come natural to me. I feel I need to work extra hard for every grade I earn. What may take some students 1 hour of study, I require 2 or 3 to understand the material. Believe me when I say "If I can do it, YOU can do it."
Coming off my cloud now... :)
