I keep hearing this term thrown around, usually negatively, and I am starting to feel like it is an insult, especially from other non-nurse midwives. Does anyone have any info about this term? Does anyone know of an organizationi that works to promote harmony between CNMs and CPMs, LMs, LayMs, etc?
