"Cinch" for FNP malpractice insurance?

Anyone heard of Cinch medical run by Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance? Got a mailer from them recently and occurrences coverage is 33% the price of similar coverage through NSO.

Anyone have any experiences?

I use CM&F. Much cheaper than NSO.
