"Angels of Death"

This was the title to a show I saw on the History channel today...the theme of the show, "Nurses that kill" They profiled the big cases from a few years ago of the nurses who euthanized or killed several of their patients. Not sure why they chose to do a show on this, since in the whole hour long show, they only had like three cases. I'm sure you could find cases like this in many professions.

I'm reading a book right now about the infamous nurse serial killer, Kristen Gilbert. She used mostly epinephrine to kill patients. It's scary to imagine all that she did and what happened, but what's good is nowadays all that she did could never happen in most hospitals because of all the checks, rechecks, and paper trails.

Several years ago, one of the nursing journals had a story on Adolf Hitler's "Angels of Death" the nurses who worked in the death camps. I saw some of the pictures of the nurses and they had the Nazi swastika on their uniforms. Talk about giving me the creeeeps!!!!!!!!!!!! :uhoh21: :uhoh21: :uhoh21:
