Quit after 2 months -- should I include it on my resume?

I thought I wanted to be an ICU nurse, until I started working at one. I ended up quitting after 2 months.

I currently have an offer to work on an intermediate care unit for a community hospital. I did not put the ICU experience on my resume. What would be the possible consequences of this action?
