QUIT AFTER 1 MONTH OF ORIENTATION

I’m a new grad RN on a busy PCU. I’m one month into orientation and I want to quit already. The environment is very toxic, lots of negativity and talking behind peoples back. Not a good learning environment for a new grad at all because no one wants to help and make you feel dumb. It just very discouraging. I thought it was just me and need to stop being so sensitive but I’ve spoke to other new grads there that also hate it and want to leave. I’m trying to stick it out, but it’s just so hard and I hate going in every shift. I’m looking for new jobs in the meantime. MY QUESTION is, what do I write on my resume for this job? I’ve never been apart of a code or rapid response. I want to stand out to other potential employers. Thanks so so much!!
