Quinnipiac ABSN 2016

Hi! Anyone applying to Quinnipiac ABSN Fall 2016? I applied and was hoping to get an idea of stats (e.g. GPA, undergrad major, experience) from those who were previously accepted or those who applied / are applying for this cohort! Trying to get an idea of the applicant pool. Thanks :)

I understand you guys 100% on that as well. I'll be coming from California. I called Uhaul today and found out it's almost $3000 to move across country so I've had to start looking for furnished apartments. Does anyone that is from the area have any input on neighborhoods that are good to live in/ones to avoid? Can't wait to meet you guys in June!!

I live in the area! My boyfriend and I have an apartment in East Haven, CT. Its about 15-20 mins to QU. If you want to be closer to QU, North Haven, Hamden and Wallingford are nice towns to live in, and they are all within 15 minutes from QU. East Haven and Branford are nice as well, but then you are about 20 minutes away. The only place I recommend avoiding is New Haven, it has some good parts but overall its a big city with higher crime rates than surrounding towns, so you might have more peace of mind in one of the other towns! I'm so excited for orientation and to meet everyone!

SOS I am applying this year. My GPA is 3.1 but my resume is filled with health care experience, volunteering, and research publication/experience. Anyway you know why you were not accepted?

Is there a resource for outgoing Acc. BSN Nurses at Quinnipiac to sell their used textbooks and course materials to incoming students?

If not, is anyone who is graduating interested in selling theirs?
