Quickest processing time: Illinois, Vermont or California

i just want to know which has the quickest processing time for these three states : vermont, illinois and california.

i'm referring to the processing time of application for rn license thru examination (eligibility).

comments and suggestions regarding licensing of the said states are much appreciated.

There is no one answer. It all depends where what country you went to school and the requirements of the state. The best place to get a license is the state you are going to be working.

Read the stickies that Suzanne has posted regarding foreign educated nurses wishing to work in the US. Also, California isn't recommended for initial licensure unless you already hold a visa or valid ss#. Good Luck
