quick question

I had a bladder sling today out patient. I was given vicodin for pain. Vicodin makes me puke, not a little either. I called the surgeons nurse and specifically asked for Zofran, they called in an order for Reglan. Reglan doesn't do squat. I still puke my guts up. I now have to make a choice of puking or pain control, or lack there of. I choose to be in pain.

I am an ER nurse anf we use Zofran alot. I have seen really good results with it. I also have never seen very many good results with Reglan.

So before I go back to the urologist tomorrow and rip him out a new behind, does any one here know of a contradiction between Zofran and a bladder sling, or Zofran and vicodin?
