I was wondering if all of the CRNA programs moved to a 3yr minimum curriculum. I had a CRNA tell me this today. I thought the programs still varied as to how long they were.
Thanks

That CRNA was incorrect. The new standards still contain the minimum length required as 24 months. A high number of programs are longer but the minimum length is still 24 months.
Thanks! She is a recent graduate of Northwestern and I figured she probably knew what she was talking about, but I hadn't heard anything about all the programs going to a 3yr minimum. She said as of 2003 that all programs went to a 3yr minimum. I don't know where she got that information from.
Thanks for the clarification.
