questions What order excelsior exams & how long

Hi I justed started excelsior lpn to asn rn - i started with health and safety. ( I need a&p and microbiology and all associate nursing except nsg essential health differences )

1)I am curious what order did you take exams? ( I Know I can take health and safety and transitions before enrolling)

2)Also how long did it take you to study for each exam

3)How did yoou do on excelsior test

You can take the tests in any order that you care to and most people do. Some people take them in order, looks nicer on the transcript and there is subject continuity. It is up to you how long you want to take to study. Some have taken two tests in one day, not recommended unless your act is really together. Or one test every two weeks or three weeks, again your act must be together. Most people take about one test each month and do just fine. Again, up to you how much you study each day and how efficient your study. I would gauge readiness by how well you do on the EC practice exams. A lot of people take Form A toward the start of their study and Form B when they are about ready to test. Good luck.

I took the test in order. At the time Health Safety was the only test availible for enrollement so I took Transitions last. I studied for Health Safety for about 2 weeks and took the test and passed. I took a test about every 3 weeks. I failed 2 of them and retook them in 60 days. It took me 6.5 months to take them all. My friend finished them all in 4 months.Good Luck and know everything in the content guide. Trust me, it will be on the test.

When you took the test for the second time, was the test the same as the first time? like the same questions?
