Hi!
This is my first post in allnurses. Here's the situation. I'm a Filipino nurse applying for a visa screen certification. I've already submitted and payed for the visa screen. But I realized that I ticked the H1b visa instead of the permanent green card. Here are my questions:
1. Is it possible for me to change the type of visa from h1b to permanent green card?
2. Will choosing the h1b visa on the application for visascreen certification affect my application for a green card later on?
3. If so, what actions do you recommend that I should take?
I'm in an anxious state right now because I don't know if this is a mistake or not, or if this will prevent me from getting a green card.
Your help will very much be appreciated. Thank you!

VSC does not go to USCIS, so I wouldn't worry about it. The box to tick is probably just for CGFNS' information.
Thanks! That's quite a relief. For a moment there, I thought i was going to lose my chance of getting a green card.
