256 questions

Well I took the NCLEX this past tuesday, the 18th of January. I had ALL 256 questions. I have been freaking out for the past 2 days. I received my results today and I PASSED!! My point is that you can pass with any number. Most people I know are getting 75 and I was soo sure I failed cause I received 256. I did not receive any alternate format questions and no dosage calc questions. But obviously it does not matter because I am now an RN working in Critical Care. I hope the best to all of you that are still waiting for your results or getting ready to take the big exam. Good Luck. You will pass.

OH MY GOSH - THAT REALLY MAKES ME FEEL BETTER... or more hopeful at least! I took it yesterday - went to 265 and I can't stop crying about it. I just posted a thread "went to 265 - freaking out here..." good luck to you and I am soooo happy for you! I hope the same happens to me....

congrats to those who passed and best of luck to those still waiting... :balloons: :smiley_aa :yelclap: :w00t:

I took the NCLEX today and had all 256 questions. I graduated with honors from the best nursing program in my state, and still felt consistently confused with the content of this test. I am so scared that I didn't pass because there was content that I have never even heard of before much less studied. Im trying to avoid full blown panic at the moment, and hope that this forum can provide me with some study tips for when I have to take it the 2nd time around!:crying2:
