  1. Well I took the NCLEX this past tuesday, the 18th of January. I had ALL 256 questions. I have been freaking out for the past 2 days. I received my results today and I PASSED!! My point is that you can pass with any number. Most people I know are getting 75 and I was soo sure I failed cause I received 256. I did not receive any alternate format questions and no dosage calc questions. But obviously it does not matter because I am now an RN working in Critical Care. I hope the best to all of you that are still waiting for your results or getting ready to take the big exam. Good Luck. You will pass.
