questions on saunder CD and MED pub

I have some questions regarding saunders CD questions.

The CD is a 2 step process;

Step 1 tells you to select a mode such as assessment, study, quiz and exam mode.

Step 2 tells you to select a category such as level of cognitive ability, client needs, integrated process, content area, and alternative questions type.

My questions:

1. How do I select questions where I am not getting repeated questions on different exam? I usually select the exam mode. Also, I would like some insight on how comparable the questions are to the real NCLEX. My scores have been ranging from 65-73%. How does this compare to whether I am getting it or I am ready for the NCLEX. I am schedule to take it at end of March

2. How many total questions on the CD? I think its about 4000

3. Is there a way I can arrange the questions in the CD in the same format as NCLEX? Like health promotion, pharm etc.

Another thing, I have MED pub. Does anyone know how comparable to the NCLEX-easy, difficult? Please give me some insights to those that have used MED pub whether it help or did not help. To those who have use MED pub, what section was helpful or not, or where can I save to give me a % after taking an exam.
