Questions Re: CES Appli Form..HELP!

Published

Hey guys, can you help me out? i have questions in filling out the appli form...

Regarding Item14a which is about Report Recipients of the CES application form, who should I enter as my report recipient? Should it be the NJ BON? if so, details of the Report recipient is being asked, what should I enter in the name of contact person and address?

And in Item2, preliminary information, it is asked there if what country I work, what profession and how many years I have been practicing. The thing is, I haven't practiced my profession yet because I just passed the NLE recently, so should I just leave it blank? I'm quite afraid to do so because I am not sure if it is ok to leave blanks in the application form. I mean, the form should be accomplished completely so that the processing of the reports will not be delayed, right?

sorry guys for these querries..got all confused again..thank you soooo much!

Contact your US BON of choice to answer question #1. It is usually found in the instructions on their website/forms, otherwise, the best method is to contact them directly.

For question #2, read everything thoroughly. Some states do have a work requirement, like VT. If it is not necessary(just a survey like in the case of new cgfns forms where they ask how many years of nursing experience), then you just say you have none. If it is really required, I suggest that you finish the minimum work requirement before you pass your application. But if you are really in a hurry to take the test, then may I suggest that you apply to another state that doesn't require it. Hope this helps.
