questions about pre req for Nursing and job search

for the past month or so i have seriously been considering nursing. i would like to become a nurse practitioner/ rn now i am focusing on getting into a nursing program in my area but they and all other bsn/msn programs have prerequisites.

i started under the generic business degree and have since taken a break from school. i have now somewhat narrowed down the decision to either skincare (laser treatments, facials, botox) or pn/rn which field is better to get into with stability of growing field # of jobs and of course pay? i currently live-in the north atlanta area and if the economy gets better i am seeking to move out of ga. i am also seeking whether i should go to a college such as chattahoochee tech or elsewhere and if some one knows of a college or school that has evening / weekend classes please pass that information to me thank you.

since i am seeking a ft position i have had over 8 years being a professional admin. what do i need to do to my resume to grasp attention? i have gone to hospitals, left voicemail, email no one is considerate and gets back in touch . what should i do? save for a career coach? would that help me any?
