265 questions, what to do next?

I took my test this morning and end up with the maximum 265 questions. I don't know how to explain what I'm feeling right now. I got a lot of SATA maybe around 40 questions which I am very poor with, a lot of EKG maybe around 20-30 which again I am very poor with also, who do you see first questions a lot, I didn't even count which one is which. It was so difficult, nothing compares to kaplan q bank, kaplan q trainers, It was hard. I am clueless about my answers so now I am trying to ready my self for a FAILED result, I know I have to stay positive but I can't. It is really upsetting, depressing, mix of different feelings. I can't barely remember the questions all I know is it was hard questions that I have no clue how to answer it.

I literally didn't sleep last night, I don't know if I can stay up for 48 hrs. straight, I am sleep depriving my self but I can't really help me. I need to know if I FAILED. sigh

Have faith feofeo, I just did quick results and I passed. Ending one of THE most stressful times of my life! Like Cleo from 5 to 7 (an excellent movie from Agnes Varda), kidglov3s from Friday to Sunday.

Thanks kidglov3s and congratulations! I am trying to divert my attention to something less just so I don't think about the result but I can't help it.

Feofeo..I experienced the same feeling back in Aug 2013 when I had 265 questions..Noone could convince me I had passed even after the "good pop up"..But thank god it was accurate..I did pass..Currently working as a Forensic Nurse..Keep the faith dear!..you passed!...

I wish someone told me about the absolute worst 48hrs of the whole NCLEX experience, I had NO IDEA they would suck so much.

I passed a lot of the time playing this cool puzzle game I found called 2048:

You try to combine 2 like numbers with the arrow keys to make double that number, with the goal being to get your highest number as large as possible. I found it to help in relieving the stress and I think it has a really pleasant design/feel.

Thank you morrey, I tried pvt so many times, I don't know why but I guess I'm just waiting for it to take me to cc page. I'm sure tonight is another sleepless night for me. I hope pvt works for me. (sigh)
