Hello!
I will be taking my CNA exam (FLORIDA) next week. I have couple of questions:
When you do footcare do you wear gloves?=I have been practicing based on what the checklist says, and it does not say to wear gloves.
Thank you for your help!
I challenged the FL test about 5 years ago.
Remember to knock and announce yourself to the patient, check armbands before doing any procedure.
When I did my clinical test, the instructor told me how to act for the other tester. (example:she had to brush my teeth and the instructor told me not to spit or drink unless the aide told me to) Remember to explain EVERYTHING to your patient.
When I tested we only had to wash our hands once, and then during the procedure tell the instructor when we would wash.
I watched videos, took numerous online tests, watched more videos's, and did a whole lotta praying.
Good luck!!!!!! I know you can do this.
Here is a packet I found when I did a search for practice exam questions.
no problem.
I also found this, not sure if you want to register at their site to take a practice exam, but just in case:
Here is prometric's practice exam. I think this is the one I used. I did this exam over and over until I KNEW the answers by heart.

I am watching videos on youtube because I did not take A CNA course. My exam is going to be on November 8 and I am really nervous.
