Any meaningful certification in a clinical specialty will require some experience in that area. I applaud OP's enthusiasm and 'can do' attitude, but unfortunately, there's really no effective way for new grads to try to differentiate themselves based upon clinical qualifications - because they are all starting from ground zero.
In order to distinguish yourself from the herd of new grads, point out your academic achievements if you have them. Many employers are now using GPA & exit test scores as screening criteria for new graduates. You can also work on your interview skills in order to make a positive and lasting impression- professional appearance, articulate and intelligent responses, well-developed resume - can help you stand out.
Best of luck to as you launch your nursing career

Hello All,
I am about to graduate from and ADN program and would like advice on either getting my BSN or MSN. What are the pro's and con's of each? Thanks in advance for any wisdom you share. JoAnnM2003
