So, I just found out that I passed NCLEX, YAY! My next step is to apply for jobs ...which leads to my question. I would like to know what type of questions to ask during an interview. I was doing some research and I came across a few, such as, "what's the nurse/pt ratio?", "does the organization offer continuing education?", and "how long is the orientation and what does the process entail?"
I think these are good questions to start off with. I don't wanna ask too much questions so I just want good solid questions that will show interest and help towards getting me hired.
