How can you instill trust in client and family caregivers in the current health care climate?

and respect the patient and deal with him as a human being

how do you think they affect trust. If someone seems available...that you are there to help them and you are reliable when you do....that would increase trust wouldn't it? versus someone aloof....not around and never does what you ask...right?

Yes.....I think they are in the same school but don't "see" each other.
