Question to all:

I and hubby share all we can to help other nurses start there own business.

We do not see it as competition, we see it as the only real solution for nurses to take control of the crisis in nursing.

It seems like there are many in this forum who are interested in new ideas or have started businesses.

My question:

Are you interested in developing ideas?

Have you or are you starting a business?

Are you interested in sharing those ideas?

Do you have some reluctancy to share ideas because there may be a "competitive source" on the forum that may undermind your ideas?

Do you have some reluctancy to share ideas because you are afraid of being approached by a business seeking money in return for encouragement of an idea?

I feel it would be wonderful for any of us who have started our own businesses to share our gains and our pitfalls. First of all, things are very different from state to state. I would like to see Nurses receive the income they are due for the knowledge they have and the hard work they put out!

I have started my own business.

It is about helping others. I share my business modle freely but because it is about franchise development I cant discuss it here. It would appear as advertisment and self promotion.

I do beleive strongly in business ownership and have grown to learn that it is my only edge in reaching some of my goals.

As for competition and concern about sharing my business modle thjere is none to speak of...

I also won a conventional business but frankly I am considering folding that one so I can be less distracted with the other.
