Question re: OB tech's

Do you use OB techs who scrub in for your c-sections and do other duties on the floor (CNA)?? Do you know what an expected pay range is for this job?

Table are set up around the time a patient hits 4cm's or so or if a multip is admitted for labor/srom. We do cover them with a sterile drape.
