I'm still waiting to get my results, so I'm a bit nervous and freaking out. I feel that I did good but I'm curious. I know it says national average is 64% but I was wondering if you all can tell me what you got on the NET and got accepted. I kinda want to get a idea of what was the lowest NET score were and still accepted. Just to kinda help out my nerves a bit :lol2: Thanks, appreciate it :)

Hi Carebear,

I'm not sure what the typical average is at most schools, but as long as you pass with a 60% and have at least a 3.0 at my CC, you have a chance. Most people usually score much higher on it though. I was in the mid 90%, but I do know of a girl in my Micro class last year who had a 2.9 GPA and just barely passed the NET on both sections who got into the ADN program. Last August was my school's first time to implement the NET, and they actually used the wrong version so everyone's score were low. I originally made a 55% on the reading section (which has always been my best subject,) and they dropped the passsing rate to 45% about 5 weeks after the semester started. This girl had her scores based on the first version. When they changed it up and required us to retake it, I did much, much better!! So in answer to your question, the average at my school is about 84%. Are you waiting for an acceptance letter or are you going to apply in the fall? Good luck with you scores. I'm sure that you did just fine~

I'm waiting for my test results and are applying for fall.

Thanks for the info.

I have a GPA of 3.8 so I should be fine :D

I don't know why I'm so nervous about it. Must be the waiting part :D

Hey Carebear,

Your GPA is great (better than mine, anyway!!) so I don't think that you have any worrying to do. That comes with waiting on the letter, then waiting for NS to start!! LOL! Waiting on NET results is just the tip of the iceberg!!! Again, I say good luck~
