question on internet nursing degrees?

i am starting at a local vo-tech school for my lpn and keep seeing ads on internet degrees are they legit or a joke?

Specializes in NICU, Psych, Education.

The only catch is that California will not license an Excelsior graduate unless (s)he has worked in another state for 2 years and then endorses the out-of-state license into California.

Unfortunately, California is not licensing any Excelsior graduate who enrolled in the program after 12/5/03. Experience or lack of experience in another state is not a factor right now. Nurses endorsing to CA are treated in the same manner as new graduates who apply for initial licensure.
