Question on I-140 receipt notice

Hello I just want to ask what was written on your reciept notice under the section. Is it Skilled Worker, Professional. or Scheduled Nurse.? I just received mine and it says Skilled Worker,Professional.I am confused since I always see in this forum that they are under Scheduled A .Please enlightened me.Thanks!

just checked mine and it says exactly the same as yours, Skilled worker, professional

Mine too way back in 2004, it does not say anything about schedule A but don't worry because as nurses we are under A.
