Question about agency and travel

Nightngale,

I have been searching for information on HCA litigation with the nurse salaries and I can not find anything.......I heard this litigation was actually a class action lawsuit with group one... Still no information to be found on that either......It seems like the ACLU could take down group one...After reading several responses to the group one message, it is very clear to me that nurses in the south have NO IDEA that THEY TOO are in this database.

Group one can be found under DFWHC ( Dallas Ft Worth Hospital Council).

The nursing blacklist of the south. They are backed by BIG MONEY, considered a non-profit to benefit large organizations. Read who is on the board.

Private and specific information about facilities and agencies that may be considered harmful does not stay on this Bulletin Board for very long. In the happen stance that litigation may be assumed, posts are edited and removed. I am not necessarily happy about this but I can see the need. We, at AllNurses.com, are the worlds largest Nursing Website and are "Googable" with a search.
