Queens University of Charlotte ABSN 2022

Hi everyone! I applied for the 2022 ABSN program at Queens University of Charlotte last month. Has anyone else applied?

Does anyone know when they’ll start pulling from the waitlist?

Hi,

I'm guessing they already have for those that declined the offer initially.  That date was 3/04.  However, I'm guessing like me, most people conditionally accepted and are waiting until when the deposit is due to make their final decision. I'm thinking they will pull more people off the waitlist on or around 3/20 when the deposit is due.  Your spot is forfeited if this isn't paid on time.

Last year we had one student accepted from the waitlist in April, and one student drop the day before the first day of classes, but nobody from the waitlist was pulled since classes started the next day.

@futurernkai Thank you for the info! Just want to ask you, did you end up getting into the Queens? I mean, I saw you was in the waitlist but did you end up get into that Queens ABSN program in 2022? And if you don't mind can I ask your stat?

Yes, I was waitlisted and then got accepted. I can't remember how long it was. There is definitely movement on the waitlist. Best of luck!

I was waitlisted and then two weeks after I got the notification that I was accepted into the program. My overall GPA was a 3.2 and my prerequisite GPA was a 3.5.
