qualifying course before register with crnbc

Hi i am a uk nurse who needs to complete a qualifying course in maternity/obstetrics as there is a shortfall in the hours I completed in my nurse training in the UK. hoping to move to vancouver where i have a job offer. CRNBC gave me a list of colleges in Vancouver who runs courses and I would need to be in Canada to complete them. I think they take about 4 mths. This would mean that I would need to go over to Vancouver to complete the course as a student with no income as I would not be able to work as a nurse until I registered. This is something which I could not afford and I dont know what to donext. Has anyone else has similar problems PLEASE HELP!!

Same thing happens if you wish to work in the US, the courses must be made up before you can take the licensing exam. And with a student visa, you are unable to work.

Any that wish to work in foreign countries usually have to go thru something like this.
