I dont know where to start .

I have a Bsc in nursing and i worked in Labor and delivery department as a staff nurse and in a shool as a school nurse , so am I PRN in canada , and which one i can find a better job in it i gess labor and delivery ? anybody who can help

Well nurses in Canada are pretty much all unionized, therefore you don't have the seniority for a "good job". Pretty much all of us started in jobs that we didn't find ideal. If we moved to where you moved from, we'd be starting out at the bottom as well, regardless of our experience.

What do you define as a "good job"? How are your communication skills? Your post is a bit disjointed and difficult to understand.
