Hi there, I too was wondering about home-based telephone-triage. I am a nurse in Ohio with 5 years tele and ICU experience. I am a military wife with 3 kids, so this job would suit my needs. If you type in Telephone Triage, you should get a listing of a lot of companies. I was laid off from a company 04/2009. Since then, I have found many companies (most do after hours and pediatrics) AND a lot don't offer any benefits! This is very hard since I came from a company that offered excellent benefits.

our calls are all recorded. at least 5 calls per month are QA'd, they have a tool for that. we meet with our managers in house on a monthly basis to review.
