Q: Morphotrust- registering ink card submission

Good day! I was registering my fingerprint submission when I encountered a problem. What am I supposed to put in the 'drivers license or state ID'? I don't have a drivers license or state ID and I'm from the Philippines. And in the 'issuing state of drivers license or state ID' my country (Philippines) is not in the choices. I'm an applicant without a social security number and I'm from another country.

The fingerprint card is one of the requirements of the Texas Board of Nursing and I need to register the ink card before I mail it to morphotrust. I tried to register via the website but i can't get pass the web page because I need to fill up the drivers license etc.

I sent an email to morpho but they have not responded. Maybe someone from allnurses can answer.

You call or Email Texas BON and they will give you a pseudo number to put in there. I think we put 999 99 9999 for Social Security Number, Can't remember the DL or ID #.

If you get a SUN cellular IDD sim card it only 1 peso per minute from PI to USA, and very clear connection, but bad thing is if you have to wait, Philippines is 13 hours advanced from Texas time so if you call make sure you call 8 am Texas Time.

Email may be best, they tend to stay on top of emails...............
