I took nclex PN today 11/26/14 . My computer shut off at 85 questions it took me about an hour. I felt that I got a few of the questions wrong when I left the building and looked up some materials but I also felt like I knew a lot of the materials . My test had mental health,OB, Pharm, prioritizing, delegation, safety, dosage calculations, and some procedures. I felt confident when I walked out. I came home and immediately went to the computer logged onto PV and tried to reregister I got the good up after submitting cc information. Will be checking bvnpt site for my license number . Sucks that California doesn't do quick results but they are saying up to 6 weeks for results

Will be checking bvnpt site for my license number.
Here's how it goes. You take NCLEX-PN. You receive your passing letter in the mail two to six weeks later. You mail a copy of the passing letter, along with a check or money order in the amount of $150, to the BVNPT. The BVNPT staff will take their sweet time cashing this check. Several weeks after your check has been cashed, the BVNPT will post your name and license number on their website. Your hard copy wallet sized license will arrive in the mail soon after your license number appears on the website.
Thanks for clearing that up for me. Do you still think the PVT works
Okay thanks for clearing that up. So do you think that's PVT trick still works. My school that I graduated from one of the administrators there uses PVT I believe to tell students if they passed right after they come out of the testing center. She hasn't been wrong yet been doing it for the past several years and most recently this month
You will not see a license number on the BVNPT website until several weeks after you have paid them the $150 fee. In California you must first pay for your license before one will be issued to you. Here's how it goes. You take NCLEX-PN. You receive your passing letter in the mail two to six weeks later. Hannah, pretty sure we covered this quite a bit, have you read the other posts directed your way?
The NCLEX is scored twice, and both scores are finalized (usually, normally) within 24 hours. You recently posted that you took the exam ELEVEN DAYS ago, right? So whatever will be, will be at this point.
People are routinely cautioned against submitting their credit card numbers BEFORE the scoring process is complete, as there are no refunds for any reason (including 'but I was only playing the PVT'!). But at this point, if you DID fail, you'd have to pay the $200 to reschedule anyway.
Up to you.
If you get to the last page the "receipt" page you failed
