It appears to be the "good" pop up. The consensus is that THAT is the pop up you get when you pass. Of course you'll have to wait to be sure, but most people pass who get that pop up.
You will continue to get that until your results are ready, then it will automatically give you the option to pay the $8 to get the results.
The "on hold" popup means precisely that... you're on hold. Someone has seen something or the computer has "seen" something that's not quite in the norm so they have to look at everything to ensure that your test session was valid. Once they clear that, then you'll get the result you would have otherwise gotten... the good PVT or the CC page.

I took my NCLEX RN boards today. I used the PVT and got, "The candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time". I checked at 11:40am, 12:40pm, 1:40pm, and 2:54pm and keep getting the same popup. What does this mean? I mean I'm kind of sort of glad it's not allowing me to register again. What does this mean? Anybody???
I'm very confused and keep begging God
for it to be a good thing and not a bad thing.
