PVAMU or HBU's Nursing Program

I just recently got some accepted to both nursing schools. But really undecided on which program is best. Please give me some feedback!

Everyone will have differing opinions. However, just to apply as a transfer student I had to send my transcripts 4 different times. After they had my complete file, I never heard anything back. No acceptance or denial. I applied back in October 2011. Too disorganized to be that expensive of an institution.

And I also believe they have a strong bias towards their own students.
